Agents have access to all of their accounts via our secure agent portal and are able to review loss history reports, claim detail reports, and policy data information including the experience modification factor. Some policy requests such as endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements will require help from a Member Services representative. Our experienced team ensures that submissions and claims are processed quickly. Unlike most carriers, KBIG has a staff attorney that is available to address workers compensation questions and concerns.
